Gal Sheppes is a professor of psychology, the head of the clinical psychology program, and the director of the emotion & self regulation lab in the school of psychological sciences in Tel Aviv University.
Research Interests:
Gal's main research interests include: emotion regulation among healthy and clinical populations, and the influence of social media on procrastination, well-being and goal directed behavior. To investigate these topics our lab utilizes multiple methods including experiential self-reports, behavioral measures, peripheral physiology and electrophysiology.
