Efrat Herzberg-Druker is Lecturer (tenure track) in the labor studies department at Tel-Aviv University.
Research Interests:
Her research interest lies in the field of stratification and inequality, with a focus on labor markets. Specifically, she focuses mainly on the relations between family demography and income inequality, as well as on gender inequality in labor markets. Her research has appeared in Social Science Research, Social indicators, and Research in Social Stratification and Mobility.
